The place is set up for multi/single, single op, or SO2R. There are two of everything inside, except for computers (there are 5+ of those). The logging program is N1MM and does most of the control (bandpass and stub switches, most antenna switching, band decoders). Homebrew items include some switches, filters, band decoders, and the SO2R controller. The shack is down in an unfinished basement known as "the chamber". A third radio can be set up for a spotting station behind the operators. The K1KAA AR-Cluster Node runs fulltime on the computer in the corner.
